The Path to Our Spirit Collection

The Path to Our Spirit Collection

We're often asked about the inspiration for our popular Spirit Collection. It's our most recognizable line; mixing art, culture and fashion to make bold statements that empower people of all shapes and sizes.

We love the recognition,  we love answering your questions! Thanks for the love ... and here's how the Spirit Collection came to be...

Our Spirit Collection grew from an idea that Chloë germinated for years. It's first bloom was our now signature Spirit Wrap, a unique collaboration between Chloë and well known Haida artist, Clarence Mills.

Our Spirit Collection grew from an idea that Chloë germinated for years. It's first bloom was our now signature Spirit Wrap, a unique collaboration between Chloë and well known Haida artist, Clarence Mills.

Her longtime dream of uniting Indigenous art and high fashion had finally become a reality.  Chloë approached her friend Clarence with this idea and together they created the Eagle Moon Spirit Wrap.

That original Spirit Wrap quickly created a fashion niche all its own and carried the first Spirit Collection.

For Chloë, collaboration is at the very root of our popular Spirit Collection. It fuses art and fashion between two creatives. It lets us showcase and embrace the cultures that we respect so highly.

"People always ask me what it's like to work with celebrities. How it feels to be in a circle of people of what many consider elite," says Chloë. "I tell them that it's definitely cool and that I'm honoured to meet, work with, and dress a lot of successful people.

"But I remain proudest of my work alongside First Nations artists. It's a relationship that I value and nurture. And one that I am continually humbled by."
